General terms and conditions of online sales

These Terms of Sale define the procedure of contracting, payment and provisions of services offered on our website.

Seller: Online sales via 14youtravel.com are done by the Zagreb-based private limited liability company 14Y – Travel d.o.o. of Krapinska 14, 10000 Zagreb, ID No (OIB): 07837532741. The company is entered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under Company Reg. No (MBS): 080673932. The company director is Andrea Vucinic.

Buyer: Service Buyer is a website visitor, who orders travel by e-mail, via an online form or by making a phone call.

14Y – Travel d.o.o. waives any responsibility for the outcome of conduct which is contrary to that specified.

Prices: All prices are stated in the Croatian currency and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are valid when sent to the Buyer in an e-mail offer. Payment is in the Croatian currency – the euro.

The terms of purchase/sale via www.14youtravel.com are determined by the General Terms stated above which are accepted by the Buyer at the time of making the order.

Purchases may also be made at our branch in Krapinska 14, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia by credit/debit cards during business hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday–Friday.

Travel Cancellation and Complaints

The Buyer is entitled to cancel travel and is required to notify us of it in writing at: 14you@14you.com.hr. Terms of travel cancellation by the buyer, in accordance with the terms of travel of 14Y – Travel d.o.o., shall apply.
In the case of complaints, the Buyer is required to comply with the Instructions on Complaints according to the Terms of Travel of 14Y – Travel d.o.o.

Security Statement

T-Com PayWay applies state-of-the art data protection standards – a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between T-Com systems and credit card authorization centers takes place in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a two-layer firewall.

Privacy Statement

14Y – Travel d.o.o. undertakes to protect buyers’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act by collecting only essential, basic data on buyers/users which is necessary for the performance of our obligations; inform buyers of the method of use of personal data collected, regularly provide buyers with the possibility of choice of the use of their personal data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not they wish their name to be removed from the lists of recipients of information on marketing campaigns. Any user data is kept strictly secret and is available only to the staff who need such data to do their job. This shall not apply to the cases where the Seller is required to provide or allow insight into buyers’ personal data by order of an authorized state body under the law. All 14Y – Travel d.o.o. staff and business partners are responsible for compliance with the principles of privacy protection.

The Buyer has the right to request that inaccurate personal data be supplemented, rectified or modified.

Permanent or temporary prohibition of the use of personal data may be requested by the Buyer in writing at any time.

By this Statement we undertake to protect the privacy of users, buyers and visitors to our website and the security of personal data provided to us via the website.

This notice describes the type of information we can collect from you when you visit our website and explains how we use such data as well as the steps we take to protect it. The notice also describes the choices you have with regard to the collection and use of your data when visiting our website.

What information about you is collected and how is it used?

Information Provision to Google Inc.
Google collects information through our use of the Google Analytics service on our website. Accounting

Notice on the method of filing a consumer complaint

In accordance with Article 8(2) of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette Narodne novine Nos 70/07, 125/07 – corr. 79/09 and 89/09 – corr.), this is to inform consumers that they can send a complaint about the quality of our services in writing to our postal address:

We will reply to your complaint in writing not later than 15 days from the date of complaint receipt.

When submitting a complaint, kindly provide the following information on the consumer: name and surname and address for delivery of the reply.

Means of payment

Payment can be made by a credit or debit card (Maestro, MasterCard and Visa) and against a pro-forma invoice.


Payment by credit card

While making an order, you immediately pay the amount due by entering credit/debit card data.
Once your credit/debit card has been charged, your reservation will be confirmed.

14you Travel uses T-Com Pay Way credit card payment system.

After selecting this method of payment and making the order, you will be directed to a protected secure connection to enter your credit card number.
